1. The service
Claimbook is expense management software: receipt capture, AI-assisted field extraction, monthly statement approval, settlement, reporting and optional QuickBooks Online synchronization. It is not accounting, payroll or tax software, and it does not replace your general ledger.
2. Accounts and access
Accounts are created for named individuals within a customer organization. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for the actions taken under your account. Owners control who is invited and what role each person holds.
3. Your data
Your expense data and receipt images remain yours. We process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. On termination we will provide an export of your data on request; retention of audit records is as described in the privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you have no right to upload, attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with the operation of the service, or use it to break the law.
5. AI-extracted values
Fields extracted from receipts are suggestions. The product asks a person to confirm them before they enter an approval chain, and that confirmation is the authoritative act. Automagica is not responsible for figures that were accepted without review.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to notify customers before planned maintenance. Where a signed agreement specifies service levels or support terms, those apply.
7. Fees
Subscription fees, the number of users included, invoicing and renewal are set in the agreement signed with your organization. Nothing on this website is an offer or a quotation.
8. Liability
The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, Automagica's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by your organization in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate in accordance with the signed agreement. We may suspend access where use breaches these terms and the breach is not corrected after notice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where a signed agreement specifies a different forum, that provision applies.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Account owners are notified by email of material changes, and the date below reflects the current version.
